ABOUT THE COLLEGE
Manoharbhai Patel College of Arts, Commerce and Science, Sakoli, Dist.: Bhandara, is one of the best colleges in the Eastern Vidarbha region of Maharashtra, India. Established in 1968 by the Gondia Education Society, Gondia, with the noble vision of Late Manoharbhai Patel, a distinguished educationist, visionary leader and social reformer, to provide quality education to rural and tribal students. Affiliated to RTM Nagpur University, Nagpur, the college offers a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programmes in the faculties of Arts, Commerce and Science. The college has been reaccredited by the NAAC. The college possesses state-of-the-art infrastructure with a lush green, eco-friendly campus that provides a serene and conducive environment for teaching, learning and overall academic development. The college promotes a dynamic academic atmosphere with its skilled professors, smart classrooms, well-equipped labs and a well-stocked library with a knowledge resource centre, modern computer facilities and an auditorium for cultural events and a huge playground for sports activities, etc. The college meets the requirements of NEP 2020 for the students’ holistic development of core capacities and life skills.
